To get signed up for the upcoming season please read the information below and complete BOTH Steps 1 and 2. Information about payment is at the bottom of the page.
New athletes, remember that the first two weeks of your first season are a FREE TRIAL period! You still have to complete both Steps 1 and 2, but it is free to try out. And that is all you need to do, just give it a try, risk free!
Additionally, financial aid is available, cost should not be a barrier to rowing!
step 1 – register with the school
If you are signing up for the fall then you will need to complete the entire ArbiterSports process for the fall. If you are new to ArbiterSports in high school you will need to create an account. If you are returning then your account from the last academic year should still be active.
If you are signing up for the winter or spring, and previously rowed this academic year (you are signing up for winter and rowed in the fall, or you are signing up for spring and rowed in the winter and/or fall) you do NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING on ArbiterSports again. You are already on our roster, you can proceed to Step 2.
If you are signing up for the winter or spring season and have already done ArbiterSports for A DIFFERENT SPORT at Unionville you will have to re-register for rowing under the Club section. However, all your information should copy over and you shouldn’t need a new doctor’s form.
Unionville uses ArbiterSports to register for rowing. Once you click on “Start Registration” you can find the link to register for rowing under “Programs.” Use our unique link, do not use the link for the general season sports. If a deadline is listed, you can ignore it, we accept registrations throughout the year.
If you created an account last year, you can sign in to that account and update your information. You will also need to upload a physical copy of Section 6 after getting it signed by your doctor. Remember, many urgent care facilities will do physicals, can often get you in quickly, and can complete the form for you if you need to go that route.
Your ArbiterSports information must be completed before the start of the season. Some key things to watch out for when doing the registration:
* The Section 6 form must be signed by a doctor and dated AFTER 6/1 of the current school year. Your physical does NOT need to be done after 6/1, but in order for your doctor to feel comfortable signing the form it is likely your physical should have been done within the last year. If it has, you just need to get the form to your doctor and make sure they date it AFTER 6/1.
* The student signature section is often a step that is missed.
Any athlete who does not have their forms in by the first day of practice will not be allowed to practice.
step 2 – register with the team
Our registration form is getting SPAM’ed! To work around this, you will NOT receive an automatic reply email. Registration submissions will come just to us and we will manually confirm your registration within 48 hours.
Invoices for payment will be sent by our Treasurer for the spring and fall seasons. Winter payment is taken at the time of registration (coxswains are free for the winter season, but still need to register).
If you have any issues with the form please email us at info@unionvillecrew.org!
Payment information
Generous financial aid is available! Please contact our Club President at president@unionvillecrew.org for information. Cost should not be a barrier to rowing!
